Yeah they should have kept hammoring home the True4k message. As we get closer to it's launch, the next few game conferences they need to show a fps counter or resolution monitor during gameplay demos.

Last years ps4 e3 was basically gods of war, Spider-Man, kingdom hearts and the final fantasy remake none of which will be put til at least mid year next year

Crackdown 3 wasn't downgraded? At all? Word brodie?
Would you rather a broken game? For the game to be what they want, they had to take a step back. That's not even confirmed but whatever, I don't think anybody is worried that crackdown 3 is gonna be anything but awesome

One of the best things to come out of Microsoft’s E3 press conference from yesterday was the announcement of Metro: Exodus with a trailer that looked all kinds of intense, dangerous, thrilling and, most of all, goddamn beautiful. And most of us were wondering the same thing when we were watching it- how can a game look this beautiful on a console?
4A Games have now come forward and confirmed that while the E3 demo itself may not have been running on an Xbox One X at the time, the visual quality of the footage is indeed representative of what the game will look like on the upcoming Microsoft system revision. “This is actually representative of what it will look like on an Xbox One X,” said John Bloch, the game’s executive producer when the question was posed to him in an interview with Geoff Keighley. “It was captured on a PC of similar specs.”
“Our engine was built from the ground up to be cross-platform,” Bloch continued, “and to take full advantage of every platform that it’s released on. So regardless of the platform, it will be the best possible experience that it can be on those platforms. We’re not porting it from one platform to another or anything like that, where you end up losing fidelity. It’s going to take full advantage of every platform.”
This definitely sounds most impressive. If Metro: Exodus truly looks as good while running on an Xbox One X as it did in that demo, it will be a marvellous achievement. And the fact that it isn’t being built with any one system as the primary system in mind also speaks well for its cross-platform visual fidelity.

Most of those are on Steam. I love when people contradict their own arguments.
Let's be honest. People diss timed exclusives but Microsoft usually has them for the life of the product. A game is only going to be hyped for a few years. Who cared about Tomb Raider by the time it dropped on Sony? The hype was over by then. If Microsoft has Black Dessert for a couple of years, that's enough to make their mark.
