Got in some practice with the CJ4, downloaded the Working Title CJ4 mod. Basically went start to finish from programming the FMS all the way to (mostly) shooting an ILS approach. I learned that you can program your FMS/MCDU, then pick up your IFR clearance afterwards, which is actually kinda cool - made me feel like a real pilot
. Tuned all the radios myself too. ATC started tripping at the end though, told me to descend to 2500' knowing good and well there's a mountain right in front of me. Tried to get a new approach and all of them wanted me to backtrack. Eventually cancelled my IFR and tuned to the tower and requested a visual approach. Got a shot or two while over SFO and LAX/DTLA. It wasn't the most visually interesting flight, but doing that single pilot jet shyt can keep you busy.
