It's impressive. You just don't care about it.

The same way The Godfather is a masterpiece but the average coli breh is out here watching Tubi movies.

It's definitely impressive. It's just not more impressive than Floyd Mayweather, LeBron James, Tom Brady.......you know dominating sports that are far more popular and competitive.

It's like Al Pacino winning an Oscar for Scent of a Woman over Malcolm X.

the list should be most dominant sports player within their respective league.

when i think of athlete, I think of someone of all around talent.

but this is done on purpose to get an reaction as always.

A person who plays a sport, is an athlete All around talent? How do we know who is all around talent if we have never seen them in another sport? Or if we dont have everyone do a decathalon? Athlete lists have always been about what you did under the umbrella in your sport. See Jack Nicklaus. He was on Sportscentury. We know he is not great "athletically", but he dominated his sport, so therefore, he is a great athlete. Joe Frazier has trouble benching 120 lbs, Michael Jordan could barely hit above the Mendoza Line in minor league ball. That doesnt change the fact that they were/are dominant athletes who were peerless in their respective sports.

Who knows how even crazier his stats would of been if the mlb could of figured out how to manage intentional walks.

I dont know any other athlete that teams just flat out refused to compete with because he was that good

Since 2000 somewhat hurts Tiger but Biles, Messi, Bolt, and LeBron easily clear Phelps
