Cubans are different from other Hispanics. They sure as fukk don't consider themselves "brown" and look down on other Hispanic nationalities. They are basically Spanish speaking Republican CACs. They definitely dislike brehs too. And you pretty much have no chance at getting a job unless you speak Spanish. I don't how many times I've gotten cussed out cause my Spanish wasn't up to par. Actually, Obama tied Romney among Cubans in Florida (best ever performance by a democrat with that group). That old anti-Castro generation is dying off and their kids aren't conservative.

tecnically their kids are conservative. It's just that there has been a wave of Cubans who just recently arrived from Cuba who no nothing but socialism and are less likely to toe party lines .

Well, I do not have those type of skills then. I wish I would have majored in engineering and been styling on these spics and fukking their daughters. I use to work in Prometric (testing center) and these people who are getting put on are idiots and especially in finance. My gosh!

I can understand how you might be upset that it's difficult to get foot in a door because of prejudice, but imo if you don't have hard skills to offer then you should not expect doors to just swing open for you. this isn't even a race thing.

like @Curioser i'm also in the tech field (programming mostly) and if you are good you will get noticed. nobody gives a shyt about how you look like or what opinions you may have on ferguson, they just want to meet deadlines and get their projects complete.

I hear you guys but is it my fault that I was born and raised as a black man in miami, did not grow up speaking cuban (not even spanish ) and did not know I must attain a technical degree to just survive? Silly of me growing up and interacting with anglos and spics with shyt for brains getting to do whatever interest them and thinking I can do the same.

My surname is an english last name so that is a dead give away and those positions stress bilingual is required. Never knew business documents were written in spanish. I am a crafty and efficient worker. I am not the best communicator and I am not too proud to admit that but I am referring to positions that require minimum communication with anyone besides coworkers.

Breh I got denied 3 different promotions at MDC because I didn't speak spanish but In college in America You need to speak english no classes are taught in spanish unless its a Spanish class. Supervisor told me straight up they wanted a spanish speaking person in that position even tho I was more qualified than her it was the last straw for me now I'm eating good in Pawgville GA

fukks had the nerve to tell me I should learn spanish I almost flipped the table on their bytch ass but I aint wanna go to jail. Plus the job description never said Spanish speaking preferred so they get away with that shyt cuz you can't say its racism because we are both "minorities"
