Meth has been outgrown the Wu Tang brand. It is what it is.
Which is funny because Method Man made the Wu-Tang brand. Wu-Tang really didn't blow up on a mainstream level until 1994.
He had the 1st solo out of any one of the klan members and he had cross over singles with Mary J. Blige on the top charts way before any other Wu Tang members went solo.

I'm happy I got to see all the Wu-Tang members live twice sans ODB. Cause it seems most times Wu-Tang is touring they're not with the whole group it's just 5 members at most.

same. it was the rock the bells when they did the entire 36 chambers...they subbed in YDB for ODB...one of the best shows i ever been to

I get it, but it sounds a bit diva ish.

"My brothers" have nothing else going on so they can do this little tour. I have OPTIONS. I have no time for the small time.

Exactly, the whole energy of the interview seems strange and puts off an above it all kind of vibe.

I’ve seen plenty of solo Wu member shows, and one full group show that was supposed to be every member bit ODB was missing because it was the night he died.

What? He didn’t give off that vibe at all. He said he loved his “brothers” and that they do their thing and that he would have loved to be on the tour but he was already locked in with the film schedul.

Mef had absolutely no smoke or shade for Wu, he was aiming this shyt at fans who said they were disappointed in Mef for not being there.

If you are a fan of Wu, you know any Wu concert will miss a few members. I’ve seen em without Mef, without GZA, without Ghost. The thing about Wu is they got so many classics they can still put on a show regardless.

His statement had a touch of diva to it but I can’t blame him at all. I bet that movie he’s filming is paying him WAY more than he would have gotten on this tour, considering how many ways the dough was gonna have to be split up. Sounds like music is gonna take a back seat in his career.
