Uh yes, if a child support order is placed on a man. That order will follow him wherever he goes for 18 years maybe longer. Checks wil be garnished, tax refunds will be intercepted, proerty can be leined on. Men are jailed everyday because they have not paid child support.

And you can't simply "go to court and get payment reduced" In many stated child support is delegated and decided based on the mans monthy income and the state will take a mandated 15 up to 25% of his monthly income and many cases health benefits are thrown in.

You're right, it doesn't happen like that in every case. It DOES happen though. It's probably mandated that way as both a far-reaching preventative measure and so there isn't much wiggle room for deadbeats to just come in and have their shyt reduced.

Yeah I know some women are greedy. Do I think they get what they want every time they submit a petition? Of course not. Courts don't okay everything.

Again though... watch where you put your dikk. I've seen those terrible decisions take place when they didn't have to. It's some chicks you need to just steer clear of.
