So why is it that men HAVE to pay child support no matter what and if they don't pay, they are sent to jail. On the other hand, a woman can have as many kids as she wants and the state will continue to fund her (welfare, WIC, food stamps, section 8)

I've mentioned nothing about who is deserving and who is not. The fact is men can't get pregnant or carry babies. So since you can't get pregnant and carry babies your rights are limited. That's just how it is.

Not sure about child support re: parental rights. But I'm sure it varies from state to state. More than likely you'd still have to provide for said child unless the mother remarries and the child is adopted by her husband. I doubt you could just up and sign over without someone legally taking your place.

Mens rights are limited, but their responsibility financially is thru the roof.
