If abortions violate your moral code or religion, then you aren't obligated to have one. Christian women might be willing to die for their beliefs--it's literally a part of the history of Christianity.

Preventing other people from getting abortions accomplishes nothing other than creating death for women with birth complications and generations of unwanted children who are hated and neglected by their parents.
