Simping and p*ssy worship is possibly the most lucrative of all lifestyles to promote because it fuels consumerism to a ridiculous degree. If every American man who even had a hint of dissatisfaction with his life situation stopped focusing on women, porn, social media, and junk food for a whole year and just spent 90% of his time on learning some valuable skill or trade/exercise/mental health, there would be drastic change in society.

Only thing about that is, all the billions of dollars and billions of hours of attention that men spend that goes into women and consumables would take a drastic hit as well, and corporations don't like to lose a single cent if they don't have to.

Only rub to that is, in countries where the majority of men don't have access to women because of their finances (80/20 rule enforced and polygamy) and families (Middle East areas for example), violent revolutions happen, or the state is forced to step in.

In every social circle, there is a small group of men at the top who can effortlessly get any women in the circle and those circles adjacent. As a man, find out what those mufukkas are doing and plan accordingly.

It became very clear to me that any problems I had around being social and having relationships had a ton to do with how poor I was growing up and into my mid-20s. That shyt changed immediately once I started earning some actual money.

It was really just the confidence to live how I wanted but it's hard to be broke and confident.

Social skills and socioeconomic status go hand in hand…especially as shallow as this world is.

I’m currently talking to a guy friend about a similar situation with the young man I’m working with who was homeless. The lack of real life skills is such a hurdle to overcome. Just stuff as simple as maintaining a bank account without over drafting it.

Or the simple connection between staying on a job for 40hrs per week, so that every two weeks you can have enough to pay bills is a MAJOR life skill that a lotta people haven’t encountered yet b/c their parents do EVERYTHING for them.

But when it’s time to stand on your own two feet and maintain your own car note, house note, car insurance, utilities, bills…what then? What’s the plan?

I know so many parents right now damn near working harder than their “children” who are grown adults, just so they can have privileges. And a lot of these types (male and female btw) aren’t even helping their parents. It blows my mind b/c I’ve been working since I was 16 so that I could retire my mom and dad.
Even now I get angry if my mom pulls out her card for anything.

If I don’t have it, I go and work another job. It’s that simple.
But that work ethic is escaping a lot of the younger generations. And it’s gonna be hard to try and establish a family or maintain a relationship if you don’t have that go get it attitude and that resilience.

I blame shytty education system, economy and no real training for job market or marketable skills. K-12 is setting our nation’s youth up for failure.

I don't understand how being broke is a consequence of being single, rather than a cause of it. The article suggests that men can't get hired or when they do get hired make less money, because they're single. Surely it's the other way round, men who are unemployed and make less money are single because of their financial trouble.

I would also think that there are some ways you save money by being single which can help offset the fact that you don't get to share cost of living. Your discretionary spending should be a lot less when you don't have a woman to keep happy. Overall you probably still end up saving more by having a woman to share your cost of living bills with, but if you counteract that as a single man by minimizing your non-essential expenses you should be able to limit your disadvantage

i know a broad with all the boss lady hashtags, body posts, vaca posts, entrepreneurial talk, talking about making 200 dollars an hour trading currencies and shyt, but she's still with her parents, facing a case, an emotional wreck, has dudes abusing her on the regular. I wanted to smash initially but the more I've found out, I kind of just want to lead her on then ghost/block her at some point just to hurt her ego. I've fought against it but slowly but surely I think I want to be a "bad guy" not a "bad boy", but a self serving person, because trying to be decent has just led me to L after L. When I was 18, I had a 4.1 gpa and a full ride to 5 schools. And I worked PT at a pet store.

What were these kids doing for four years in high school when they were supposed to be planning for the next phase of their lives? Do you know how hard I was working in high school?! I used to have to apply for scholarships damn near daily during my junior and senior year. Anything less than a B would have had you losing teeth.

So now that you spent the last 4 years from the time you were 14-18 doing nothing but eating yo mama’s groceries…you want ANOTHER four years to do what?!

If you are working and stacking money and respectful then cool.
But if mom and dad are giving themselves heart attacks going in on their jobs, while you at home doing nothing or pushing your babies off on them…you gots to go!

I had to talk with a parent the other day who keeps giving their “child”…grow ass adult…money to pay his rent. She works at the post office. Where does HE work? And there’s SO MANY JOBS OUT THERE NOW!

No one will want to address it but black women being the most single demographic more or less proves black women don't take dating/marriage having families seriously until it's too late and several posters have already said this in numerous threads only to be called women haters, but Meg, Cardi, etc. and that imagery, messaging, etc. has no effect and yadda yadda. The older I get the more I understand dating out. For me if I can't get a level headed black woman I'll be alone (which I probably will be alone statistically), but I really see why dudes go to Latinas, etc. I don't trust cacs so pawging is still scust for me (seriously dating a white woman), but those demographics of women are more serious about settling down, and the stats prove it.
