Wow, that just makes me wonder if AJ is shorter than 5'11", cause Orton still looks like he's 3-4 inches than Sami, who looks 3-4 inches taller than AJ![]()
Styles is around the 5'8" - 5'9" range.

And then on top of that, they want to de-push people that are actually over. Sure Rollins is boring as shyt right now but he's somehow still over. Zayn is over and (one of the best wrestlers on the roster) and Owens stay getting reactions
Over in comparison to WHAT? The rest of the bums on the roster?
Rollins gets nice lil pops, but he's not over as a superstar on any level. He's as bland as they come, just like Zayn. A guy like Rollins gets good reactions relative to everyone else, but that's like being the tallest person in a group of midgets.
Daniel Bryan got Austin level pops and I was told he had no charisma. Guy debuted on NXT game show and was voted #1 by the fans weekly with an 0-12 record while "not connecting with fans".
People like to forget all the work DB put in that psychotic heel character with Kane and AJ. That's what ultimately made him stick with the casuals before the indy fans started clamoring for him to get the rocket push which came way later.Bryan didn't get over like that until he got himself a CHARACTER and an ANGLE which is the total opposite of being a bland indy guy.
He wasn't over like that as "Daniel Bryan professional wrestler" but he got over on that level after the AJ Lee angle and the anger management stuff and the idea that fans felt like he was really being "Held back".
Bryan's best character was definitely around that time he was doing the "NO NO!!" stuff. I wanna say that was sometime around him beating either Big Show or Mark Henry with the MITB.
YepWhen he cashed in he wasn't even doing the YES thing. He started that shyt while feuding with Show and Henry. The NO stuff happened after he lost to Sheamus IIRC.

Daniel Bryan was never bland at any point, though. He always had charisma, personality and mic skills. Some idiots confused his expert level wrestling ability to mean he lacked at something else, when he didnt. He never said 'YES' and his feud was with Miz when he was voted #1 on NXT every week while losing every single match. When WWE came around and started booking him seriously, Daniel Bryan being the superstar he always was revealed itself. My point was that theres similiarly going to be a day where WWE is going to be backed into a corner and be forced to push Sami Zayn to the top. It's going to work, and he'll resume getting superstar reactions. I see Daniel Bryan as the best WWE ever had in the ring, but Sami isnt far off and he has every other element, including a great backstory for PR purposes.
Who ever called Daniel Bryan bland though? YOU ARE the one that brought him up, and now you're arguing against something that nobody ever said...
Comparing Sami Zayn to Daniel Bryan is fukking LAUGHABLE![]()
The same people running their mouth about "bland indy midgets" now were wrong in every way then?
