Chill with that breh
The arrogance and disrespect towards the rest of the FBAs in the country from New Yorkers is what led to the division of our tribe.

Theres nothing special about that place for us.

Its where the Jews first landed and began the theft of our land.

The Bronx is just some boundary lines drawn by cacs.

I would never disrespect you or your family.

What happens when an ADOS FBA smashes a Jewish broad? Can you be Canadian Jewish Ados :patrice:
How many percent do you need to survive the cut? :jbhmm:

Where does this group convene to discuss all these intricate and important matters?
In your mammys bedroom

So we have 60 year olds on The Coli? That's the only way you were outside at the creation to tell us different.
No, but they continue to ignore all the video evidence of the actual 60/70 year olds that knew Bam, Mario, and them personally before they started dj’ing, was at the parties, and directly influenced what became hip hop culture, in this very thread and all over this board, that obliterates Dre’s little rant.

They are avoiding this thread like the plaque.

First Slick Rick and Doug E Fresh and now Melle Mel.

Notice how the actual pioneers are the ones supporting Joe while people who have zero contribution to the culture say otherwise.
Of course your cosplaying ass agrees :russ:

I’m 39…101% black, had a business in the Bronx for 7 years but been around the Bronx almost all of my life. Hip hop, on paper, was born a little over a decade before me so I don’t think there was that drastic of a difference then in the communities. Blacks and PR came up together, same building, same floor, same schools, same playgrounds, same teams, etc… there was little to no segregation in NYC then and double that for the Bronx…outside of the prison system.

Did PR create Rap? No, black folk did. Were PR there at the park jams, even that park jam in 1973, at the start? Of course, it’s not even deniable. 🤷🏽‍♂️. I’m just speaking objectively, I’m not trying to ostracize them simply because they’re PR and I’m black, I’d like to think I’m a little too evolved for that type shhit.

And, Melle Mel was there at the start, lol

Mel has spoken.

Everybody else need to shut up.

All that separation nonsense that kicked off online was hyped by a bunch of outsiders and corny people. I grew up in 10454. The OG's I knew as a kid would all say the same sh*t that Mel just did. But these online posts like to try and dictate what the deal is. Doesn't work that way. They weren't there.

I’m not even speaking about the “relationships” really…more so proximity. Everybody all in one environment existing…if you wanna be “separate” in that it’s gonna take some effort lol.

Mel is dancing and on bullshyt. Watch the documentary. HIM and all the other people from that era are all saying it was. Ricans and Blacks stayed on opposite ends of the park. Ricans looked down on the Blacks and came around after shyt got hot. Caz's man Disco Wiz, got into fights because other Ricans woud see him doing Hip-Hop and rolling with Cold Crush and they would say racist shyt and attack him for hanging with "cocolos". Unfortunately, Wiz was a trained boxer, so he had to leave a bunch of his fellow Ricans resting comfortably in the street. You younger New Yorkers just assume it's the Rainbow Coalition like NYC is now and that's just false.

My dude. It's the same Tariq Nasheed worshippers who jump in every thread and will fight and argue with anyone who doesn't co sign Tariq Nasheeds narrative of Hip Hop. They do it every thread. They will lie and revisit history to defend Tariq Nasheeds bullshyt separation narrative of Hip Hop. Its the same ones every time, dapping each other up, even if they are saying bullshyt. This is one example as to why The Coli fell off and Reddit is the new king. Dudes really in here going against Melly Mel for Tariq Nasheeds narrative. :snoop:

My dude....You can talk logic to them but they will never ever agree with you because it doesn't align with Tariqs version of things. You are just gonna go in circles with them. You will never get any middle ground with them.

BULLshyt. Hip Hop was created by black people and there's no denying that. Every time black folks create something positive it gets claimed as universal, and that's so other groups can steal it.
This, and don't forget when that invention becomes highly profitable too :sas2:
