First, it’s a dumbass take and anybody who has watched football as he claims to should be slapped for saying something like that. The underlying thing he’s saying is casual fans don’t like smart football that isn’t flashy. If you want flashy plays all the time go watch CFB.

The only regular show I watch is the Get Up and he used to be good. A rare straight forward legit sports brain without the fukkery

But clearly ESPN is desperate and instructs their talent to stir the pot. So now this ngga is the worst. Every minor sports take he hypes it up like a fukking carnival showman.

:youngsabo:

I was talking about Greenberg here but yea. They’ve been corrupted.

I agree. If you become a below replacement level hitter because they put the SS in shallow right field, you are not good enough to be in the majors.

Exactly, if folks moving slightly to the left or coming closer to the infield throws you off that much go back to the minors :mjlol:
I know this is a football thread but the philosophy on hitting is different in baseball. It's all about launch angle and getting the ball in the air. Hitting to get on base isn't a priority anymore. Teams want HRs.

To illustrate this point, the number may have changed but as of a few days ago, there were only 8 hitters hitting over .300 in the entire league with enough at bats to qualify.

I give my squad (Lions) a lot of credit for one of the few places that is still teaching. Drafting projects, not expecting them to contribute and just developing them. That's the best model. It's what Philly did with Jordan Mailata, and they have a great o-line coach like we do.
Coaches get fired too frequently for that type of patience

God awful dog shyt take.

Tell OCs do the job they're paid for. Shyt been in existence since forevere mf :martin:

Tell coaches at both the college & pro levels to start developing QBs better to beat it...

Not to mention it's so much bad OL play that mfs can't even stay upright long enough to try & dissect it :mjlol:
O line play is the players fault they wanted this

Yeah you don't have guys like Pete Rose or Tony Gwynn any more
