Lol how you do that? I tried that shyt for a minute and couldn't lose any weight, even if I only had one fast food meal a day.



its about 1700. still high in calories, but not that high. i lost 30 pounds and toned the fukk up while still eating that shyt 4 times a week or so. its all about counting calories.

what was your calorie range? what other foods were you eating along with the fast food?

my range was 1800, 150g of protein. i would get a large double quarter pounder with fries and diet soda. 1250 calories and about 56g of protein. i then would have 8oz of grilled chicken, some vegetables, would equal about to 300 calories and 50g of protein and then a protein shake for 220 calories and 50g of protein. i ate the same shyt almost everyday. worked out 3 times a week and the shyt melt off. its all math breh. just have to be exact.

Whenever i do a low carb phase, sometime i goto McDonald's and order the plain doubles and eat them with no bread.

Wtf bro! I was doing a diet similar. I would eat fast food once, then I would barely eat, or I would just eat chicken breast and rice.

My calories are like 2000. It's baffling because it hasn't worked, if I had a big meal like ox tails or stewed chicken from golden krust, I wouldn't eat after that at all


I only eat 2 meals a day. Maybe because you ate the same foods. I've been trying this hard because I get sick of too much clean eating and too much and eating.

how tall are you and weight? did you use a weight loss calculator to find out the exact amount of calories u had to eat?

honestly breh, u might have just been eating more than you think you are. i find this to be the issue whenever i talk to people. they dont realize how much a couple glasses of soda they drink has in it, or how much condiments add that extra 2 or 3 hundred calories that keep them looking the same. or that extra scoop of rice with butter. it was a shock to me too, until i started weighing my food and actually cooking according to the nutritional facts with precise scoops and all that jazz. i would suggest going to the gym forum we have here. theres so much knowledge in there from smart posters who actually know what the fukk theyre talking about unlike those people who tell u to just do cardio and eat clean 100% of time.

Idk I think it was still there when I went, I know them bytches got rid of my 2 for 4 mcmuffins!

That $20 piece for $5 is :wow:. The few times a year I enter McDonalds it's a necessity along with 2 hot and spicys :blessed:
