no doubt. all varies on the person and their caloric needs. i wish the myth of not being able to eat what you like while trying to lose weight would die already.
For sure, breh. I had to learn during my own weight-loss attempts that I didn't have to "cheat" myself, if you will. It was more about portion control and being smarter more often. But honestly, if you work out regularly enough, it really doesn't matter what you eat because you're constantly burning it off and staying active.
