Yeah, I used some calculator.

But I should be losing some type of weight if I only eat 2 meals.

I heard the same thing about eating certain amounts and stuff.

I count calories too, I hate drinking water, so I do have other drinks throughout the day.

I feel I need to balance it out in order to keep being healthy because I don't think many people can cut off fast food forever.

hmm:jbhmm:

how tall are you and weight? did you use a weight loss calculator to find out the exact amount of calories u had to eat?

honestly breh, u might have just been eating more than you think you are. i find this to be the issue whenever i talk to people. they dont realize how much a couple glasses of soda they drink has in it, or how much condiments add that extra 2 or 3 hundred calories that keep them looking the same. or that extra scoop of rice with butter. it was a shock to me too, until i started weighing my food and actually cooking according to the nutritional facts with precise scoops and all that jazz. i would suggest going to the gym forum we have here. theres so much knowledge in there from smart posters who actually know what the fukk theyre talking about unlike those people who tell u to just do cardio and eat clean 100% of time.

not necessarily. its not how many times u eat, its what u eat. i was doing intermittent fasting at one point and i would eat once a day. the difference is i would get all 1800 calories in one sitting. it had the same effect as spreading it across meals. the other drinks seem to be your issue. do not consume liquid calories. they are a waste, just think about the food u could consume if u replaced those. only thing i drink that has them is alcohol, otherwise its diet soda, water, or unsweetened tea/ diet green tea.

and most definitely when it comes to staying healthy u need to indulge. you'll often find the people who cut off everything cold turkey and turn to eating 100% healthy after never doing so to fall off the wagon very quickly. it just isnt sustainable forever, and besides, whats the point of life if you cant enjoy it?

That's what I'm saying you gotta enjoy yourself, I can't have one cheat meal a week forever, some nights I get tired of the shyt, some days im too tired to cook.

How did you stick with unsweet drinks? I've tried that for years and I go crazy every time.

What would your rule be daily? Like eat one fast food meal, then just eat chicken breast or something light everyday?

If I gotta pay $8-9 for McDonald’s now, I’m just gonna spend $12 at five guys.

just have to acquire the taste man. i used to hate diet and now its the only thing i can drink, if u drink it enough youll eventually be okay with it. i have a sip of regular soda and just taste the sugar and it disgusts me. my rule would definitely to cut out the liquid calories. or else you will never lose weight my friend., not without subsidizing what u eat dramatically.

and yes, if youre going to eat a fast food meal, or anything really, could be chicken parm, pizza, etc. have grilled chicken/fish, lean beef, etc. to counter it. you can eat whatever you want, as long as it fits your macros. its takes discipline though, often its something people dont have, so they over indulge. you seem to be okay with that, its just the drinks that are holding you back. cut those out and you should flourish. heres the theory behind the madness if youre interested in reading up. Appreciate it bro, I've been trying for years. Weight goes up and down. Imma try to fix up the drinks, what diet green tea you be drinking? Lipton?

I still can't imagine my weight loss being so difficult because of drinks and not fast food.

its the thing people least suspect because its seems inconsequential, but all that sugar adds up to many calories. and i stick with whatever is available, could be arizona, turkey hill, whatever store brand there may be, doesnt matter really.

One thing I will ask bro, doesn't drinking diet drinks cause you to crave more sugar and isn't healthy for you?

not for me. i dont eat sweets at all. i drink water majority of the time, i use diet stuff to supplement when i want something else. but yeah, its not healthy for you. but i dont smoke, do drugs, drink alcohol often, so if thats my one thing, im okay with that.

The sleepless city
The best way to put it is, I don't know what I'm missing :manny:

I'm guessing it's because I'm allergic but my body rejects tomatoes in every way possible. It tastes EXTREMELY horrible to me, and smells terrible, too. Like my body's warning me not to ingest it.

People go nuts when they find out I've never had pizza

shyt I think I would risk it all just for a slice...
:francis:

its about 1700. still high in calories, but not that high. i lost 30 pounds and toned the fukk up while still eating that shyt 4 times a week or so. its all about counting calories.

You just burn more than you take in, simple really, kinda like budgeting money, if your spending more than you make, you're broke, or in this case a fatso...
