Tom lost his last Pats game in the superbowl with a mediocre team he got there. Elite level QBs can make an average team at least a playoff contender and win playoff games. Has Stafford won a playoff game?

Trent Dilfer won a Superbowl on the right team. Jared Goff got to a Superbowl on the right team.
