This video is some real shyt. ME1 changed the game. Yeah it had its issues, and while ME2 was a good game it was very streamlined and video gamey. This guy put into words what I've been feeling for years.

Just completed my second and probably final play through of Andromeda. Being such a Mass Effect junkie is what got me through. The game was flawed and could have been better but its still Mass Effect. The combat and being able to switch abilities on the fly are really the highlights of the game. The final romance scenes were kinda cringe. I am okay with them alluding to having sex instead of what we got with Andromeda. They really need to utilize the vidcom instead of having people flying to different planets just to talk to people. It would be cool if they utilize the twin dynamic for missions like your twin and two companions would solve one part of a mission while you and two other companions solve another part.
I hope in the sequel (if there is a sequel) that they go back to the roots and make it more of a space opera. Like I said in a prior post, the foundation to a good game is here, they just need to put the resources into the next one. I am going to read the books and I am eagerly ( I know I shouldn't be) awaiting the book about the Quarian arc. I just need closure.
