I just thought the album was pretty flat to be honest, didn't bump like the first one. There were definitely a couple dope joints but it was a disappointment.

Bad Boy Records had wore out the sampling and just looping the sample out quick but with that said, this album had some joints on it

Ma$e was spitting way harder on this album

Same nikkas (this is his best song:mjcry:)
From Scratch
Blood Is Thicker
Another Story
Stay Out Of My Way
No Matter What
You Ain't Smart
fukk Me, fukk You

The song sampled on Same nikkas :wow:

Listening to this now. In hindsight From Scratch had a hell of a lineup. All the features on it ran into bad luck and ended up doing long bids.

1. the lack of promotion because Ma$e retired from hip hop didn't help this album
2. the looping of 80's samples by Bad Boy Records had become such a redundant sound, that it became boring

But aside from a few beats, Ma$e was spitting hard on this album.
