Idk for 2018 it was the perfect length because they built everything from scratch, but in 2023? Especially when it's telling two stories? 25 would've been ideal.

They did this for TLOU2 and people bytched it was too long/bloated

I personally disagree because I loved the experience, but I’m fine with 17 hours too as long as it’s no filler

I rather it be at least 20 hours long with replayability. I hate super long games that just feel bloated and take forever to end like recently how I felt with FFXVI. Game felt just padded at times.

Yeah actually FF16 is the perfect example, that games main story was 25% padding of unnecessary bullshyt, which is highlighted even more when the side content is dull
