The fascination some of you guys have with rated R movies
Blade and Daredevil have proven to be financially and critically successful being rated R- why change them to PG-13? There is absolutely no reason a solo Blade flick can't be rated R. You need him to do a cameo in a PG-13 flick, cool let him fight a zombie or alien or beat up a hooligan cool.

Watching that original Blade trailer. You can already count out vampires getting shotgunned or headtopped if this movie is PG13. Same with any getting stabbed visibly.
Certain superheros can't be forced into a PG13 movie its just compromising it.
Hearing chad stahelski wanted to do a Blade movie is baffling that's a damn homerun.
Hopefully Feige can hire someone with a rudimentary knowledge of how to frame a fight scene.

To me the options would be
-Doug Liman (although his Bourne scenes are brutal to follow hand to hand, but Edge of Tomorrow like-vibe could work).
-Gore Verbinski
-Rupert Wyatt
-Joseph Kosinski
Even pushing the filming off for 10 months to fit their schedule would be worth it

Watching the Black Panther trailer and all the excitement around it shows very badly that Blade needs a very large advocate past its lead actor to make the film be taken more seriously and get the respect that it's needed.

Not mad at Blade taking too long because he’s an old character in the comics dating back to damn near the transylvania era. I'll be mad if this is not a modernized R rated Van Helsing film mixed with a little Django. The story writes itself.
