Brehs I’m pretty sure this game matches you against people with the perfect deck to play against you sometimes.
I was running my counter deck with Shang Chi and Enchantress and didn’t face a single opponent that I could counter for like 10 games. Since that deck is so low power I had to switch to a more powerful deck… now everyone is running high power and ongoing cards. I’m just sitting here watching Wong set up like

someone saw my colossus on space throne once, snapped, played scarlet witch, turned that shyt into a "game ends on turn 4"

Nope lmaoo you're either the counter to your opponent or vice versa. shyt becomes a gamble because everyone is running Aero/Galactus/darkhawk/thanos decks and if you don't have series 5 cards (I don't even have a series 4 card) shyt is a struggle but I'm back to 91It does.
I got an Odjn (*edit: Odin, blame Breath of Fire) deck, a Spectrum deck, move, control, kazoo, destroy, etc. etc.....
the game will match me with people who got the same type deck almost every time.
Honestly, since im in lower 30s? I been playing Agatha.
and I get matched with Agatha Decks.
I think it doesn't start feeling randomized until you hit the 80s/90s, which is why is so hard to break through those upper levels.
It's (theoretically) a pyramid tournament that filters out superior deck style players..... then you get matched against other playstyles that you're unfamiliar playing against.
Yeah cosom is one of them but you gotta risk itIt’s a 50/50 chance the opponent drops a Cosmo tho.
I be sweatin like hell on turn 6 when I have the perfect combo (Invisible Woman -> Modok -> Hela) and have snapped.
