I feel that. Was a game away from gold and been in frustrating team ups since (and decreased my play times lol).

I feel silly for just recently realizing why quick play is a mess most times.

It tries to balance - but teams are mixed of all sorts of levels/seasonal ranks. You might be fighting for your life on a team of bronze/gold players against a few plat/diamond players, or have a bot or two on the team.

Didn’t know until looking at replay footage :mjcry:

Man I barely got to gold. I don't see how y'all doing it. I lost 10 in a row, logged off, got on the next day and started winning here and there
That's legit what you gotta do. Just hit Plat 3!

When you get into a funk just call it a night!

One big thing about strange though is your teammates can shoot behind his shield. Always wondered why top played used his shield so much without attacking.
He's the perfect character if your team has a bunch of gunslingers. His shield can take a ton of damage.

Also, being able to teleport behind folks is clutch. Just gotta portal out at the right place and folks HAVE TO get those kills.

This shyt just aint fun when you getting stepped on. I swear healers are why I'm losing a lot of matches, mufukkas just don't die. :wtf: My problem is probably attacking the back line solo, then the whole team turning around. Hell even dps self heal when I'm on the verge of killing them.

Will have to take a break.
Unless you're Spiderman doing anything solo is a suicide mission in this game.

A good Spiderman can wipe a whole team by himself.

Right now my go to characters are groot, penny, black widow, and cloak & dagger.

If we're escorting I take groot.

On defense I take penny, but only if we have another tank.

If we start getting pressed and lose a stage or 2, and the opposing team is going through a corridor I switch to black widow. Most teams don't adapt well and are stuck on one strategy. I also use black widow if we're facing 2 tanks and they're playing like wild animals. Penny works here as well because her web stops them from moving.

I only use doctor strange to set up a portal for the very first stage of escort.

Idc what people say, role queues need to be a thing now. This triple support meta is fukking terrible. Playing against Luna, C&D, Mantis with them negating everyone ults with their fast charging defensive ults is not fun at all.

Role queue wouldn’t be needed if supports actually had to work hard to get their ults. I’ve seen Luna pop her shyt and get it back in < 30 seconds.

I’ve seen people on Reddit float the idea of a multiplier that affects how quickly your ult builds based on how many other characters of the same type are on your team. So single support would produce the fastest charges while triple support would be considerably slower for all 3.

For me part of the fun of this game is the sandbox nature. The ability to do whatever team comp you want and come up with creative solutions to problems. I wouldn’t want to see that taken away. And I think it’s on the devs to figure out ways to rebalance the game so that the experience is more enjoyable.

Well they need to do something quick. Because 3 healers with iron/hulk/strange is going to sour the community real fast
