Marlon had the name recognition, money and status to dictate the terms of sexual exchange. He could have easily told the chick no sex without a condom or took precuations to prevent it.

He chose not to, so I don't care to hear him complaining about the situation he put himself into.

The juelzing for this only makes it worse. There is no logical explanation for asking for $18k a month to raise a child, then not satisfied and wanting even more money a month. ZERO

Women really out here borrowing money against a child like they are a real estate investor asking a bank for a refinance loan :deadrose:

It doesn’t sound goofy, child support and alimony were literally set up to ensure there was some semblance of balance between split homes. You do realize how goofy y’all sound complaining about this when the rules are clear? This ain’t taxes that you’re forced to pay - you can quite literally not get a random woman pregnant and not be worried about this

It's wild how resistant a lot of dudes are to maintaining the living standard as if the child was living with the higher earning parent full time.

Lol at this "balance" between homes bullshyt.

Mama is getting 5 figures a month to sit at home with the kid. Children are not adults there's nothing that children want/need that is equivalent to an adult making 2.5M a year.

How is it BS? Why shouldn't the child have the same living standard as if he or she was living with the higher earning parent full time?

Re-read what I said you'll understand why it's BS.
I understand what you said. So if Marlon and the BM were married and the child was living at the standard of a $2.5M earning household, would that also be BS since according to your logic a child doesn't want or need that living standard?

Yes, because that marriage is a relationship and agreement between the parents, and has nothing to with what the child needs/wants.

Marlon could theoretically make that money and live with a modest 400-500K house and drive a Volvo. By this logic you're arguing, custody should be awarded to the higher earning parent regardless of gender.

No, custody shouldn't necessarily be awarded to the higher earning parent regardless because in most cases the higher earning parent doesn't have the time and flexibility to raise the child as well as the lower earning parent. And what a child needs and wants isn't a uniform standard, it's relative.

Why am I supposed to care? And another 2g’s ain’t breaking his pockets. Pretty easy to not get some rando pregnant, he did, so pay up

Bruh old ass wanna move sloppy, then take him to the cleaners

That’s not how it works and why high net worth individuals shouldn’t be getting broke folk pregnant. These payments are calculated on giving the child a comparable lifestyle across both homes. Can’t be at daddy’s mansion then going home to mom’s 1bd apartment. These payments pay for housing, clothing, healthcare, childcare/school, food, other supplies/toys, transportation, entertainment, etc. so yep, the mom benefits as well. Don’t like it, don’t get someone way below your tax bracket pregnant

Did condoms get too expensive?

No one forces these dudes to hook up with these women unprotected. No remorse for someone Marlon’s age getting caught up.
All this.

51 years old with a newborn? He couldn’t avoid this at the age of 50?! :skip: :laff:
