No court is going to place a kid primarily in a home where that primary parent isn’t generally stationary and mother’s are always going to be seen as the primary caregiver unless they’re abusive or strung out. Marlon had the name recognition, money and status to dictate the terms of sexual exchange. He could have easily told the chick no sex without a condom or took precuations to prevent it.
