I’ve stated my position: An active employee who his forced to WFH choosing to find a cheaper place to stay doesn’t cost FB any extra money (WFH is probably saving FB money). Reducing their pay on a technicality born out of non-pandemic “comparable” circumstances is reprehensible and yet another example of corporate greed. And of course regular Joe’s in here defending it.

Breh that would inflate the prices of homes/apartments in those areas where new engineers are being paid San Francisco salaries. You don’t want that..
