So tell me this;

Would you be okay with a teacher, saying the same things as Sterling, teaching an all black class?

You honestly believe there's no way he mistreats the students due to his bias?

Yea, they're two different things because; racist thoughts fuels discrimination.

That statement makes no sense.

You must have missed the whole he-settled-the-biggest-housing-discrimination-lawsuit-suit-EVER part of his history.

Poster need to stop arguing just to argue.

Not only do we have proof of him makin' racist comments, it's follow him DISCRIMINATING AT A HISTORCAL LEVEL.

Donald Sterling to pay $2.725 million to settle housing discrimination lawsuit [Updated] | L.A. NOW | Los Angeles Times

NO, don't argue the point with your feelings. This is documented proofed.

I'm insulted at ppl trying to save the sanctity of a billionaire, when he's has a history of racism--A HISTORY.

Breh, stop it...

I haven't heard one Clipper player/coach/employee say that they were in any way "mistreated" by Sterling... well other than Baron Davis:mjlol:.
How old is that lawsuit? Nobody cared, I don't remember 100+ page threads on :hamster: calling for his head or for players to boycott. Its annoys me that people were more outraged by what he said then by what he actually did. If the NBA had come down on him for the discrimination lawsuit I would have been overjoyed and in light of his history I'm not against forcing him out now, but lets be clear, this "outrage" from the NBA and the public is flawed.

Sorry, bro you just embarrassed yourself because you clearly did not read this part of my post that directly addressed everything in your reply:

What Sterling did to Elgin Baylor - that was discrimination. His housing policies - that's discrimination. But simply being a racist owner is not discriminating, and the Baylor situation and his housing policies is not what he's being forced out for now, even though the NBA is trying to save face and cover itself legally by lumping all of his past actions together. Anyone with a brain can see that they're reacting first and foremost to those tapes. That's what I assume Cuban meant by saying "There's no law against stupid." Cuban's a smart guy, but he picked the wrong time to make a stance on principal.

So tell me this;

Being a white male in this country is basically being a scared coward. They obsess over everyone: blacks, mexicans, Arabs. They hate everyone. They know they have shytted on every type of people on the world to get where they are at. Its basically a thought process of: these people are going to get me and probably have a right to bust my head open to the white meat.

Little do they know, other people dont always reciprocate their paranoia or obsession. We are always on their minds. White talk radio is filled of paranoid white males who think the world is out to get them.

it doesnt matter how many dudes there are....1 nikka in a hoodie late at night...most people are going to be weary of that.
Thats your problem if you cant admit to it.

but you're the same guy who believes that Mark Cuban wouldn't cross the street if he saw you in a hoody, how exactly does that work?

How old is cuban though? If he hasn't addressed his prejudices by now when he is a billionaire, why should I believe he ever will?

I don't believe stereotypes go away like that. We're talking about hundreds of years worth of programming. We always talk about how it effects blacks, but consider the impact on whites. White boys are generally the most confident children in this country regardless of income and grow up with all sorts of positive/superior assumptions about themselves.

I really don't see why Cuban is taking heat for being honest yall. This focus is full of people accusing whites of racism, yet here's a guy who openly admits his prejudices and we freak out?

watch the actual clip...he was trying to come up w/ something off the cuff.
No it wasnt perfect, but you get what he was saying.

This is why politicians are so damn phoney...one little slip up and people are all over your neck.

And in an ''off the cuff" comparison, he compared a black male in a hoodie to a neo-Nazi with a bunch of tattoos.

He revealed his true feelings.

smh at anyone defendin' cuban on some "id do it too. we're all prejudiced" shyt. even that statement was true, that still wouldnt legitimize the racist thinking making its way through cuban's lil' brain (and that of other powerful racists). and it's not just an innocent, insignificant little thing. In any other decent country, the unemployment and incarceration #s facing a significant portion of the American citizen population would be a cause for crisis and concern. but b/c the significant portion just so happens to be black, it's alright to just ignore the problem, on some "those nikkas (not fellow American citizens, but nikkas) deserve what they get". it's been a century and a half since slavery ended, but white people still want to believe black people are a detriment to society and incapable of freedom. it's not as prominently articulated in Cuban's remarks, but you can definitely hear it if you listen close enough: "of course, the bestial black being, incapable of self control, is prone to lose control and give in to his nikka urge while walking down the street in the middle of the night. The man could be a 45 year old black construction coming tired from work, but fear him. The man could be a 16 year old basketball player, tired from a long day's of practice, but fear him. The man could be the 25 year old who just bagged your groceries at Whole Foods, but fear him." fukk cuban, fukk white supremacists, and fukk their delusions.
