smh at anyone defendin' cuban on some "id do it too. we're all prejudiced" shyt. even that statement was true, that still wouldnt legitimize the racist thinking making its way through cuban's lil' brain (and that of other powerful racists). and it's not just an innocent, insignificant little thing. In any other decent country, the unemployment and incarceration #s facing a significant portion of the American citizen population would be a cause for crisis and concern. but b/c the significant portion just so happens to be black, it's alright to just ignore the problem, on some "those nikkas (not fellow American citizens, but nikkas) deserve what they get". it's been a century and a half since slavery ended, but white people still want to believe black people are a detriment to society and incapable of freedom. it's not as prominently articulated in Cuban's remarks, but you can definitely hear it if you listen close enough: "of course, the bestial black being, incapable of self control, is prone to lose control and give in to his nikka urge while walking down the street in the middle of the night. The man could be a 45 year old black construction coming tired from work, but fear him. The man could be a 16 year old basketball player, tired from a long day's of practice, but fear him. The man could be the 25 year old who just bagged your groceries at Whole Foods, but fear him." fukk cuban, fukk white supremacists, and fukk their delusions.
