Floyd wore 10oz gloves against DLH. It was a fight at JMW....10oz gloves are the regulated size by the commissions. Floyd said he had to wear the 10oz "heavyweight" gloves because they were more rounded and contained more padding.

Floyd didnt wear 10oz gloves against Marquez or Ortiz breh.
This is not true either. Marcos Maidana's gloves are the same exact gloves that Cotto wore against Floyd, Everlast MX gloves, except Chino's were 8oz gloves and Cotto's were 10oz gloves because they were fighting at 147 and 154 respectively.
Chino's gloves werent any different than the stock pair of Everlast MX gloves, which WERE approved by the NSAC Commission, except they were more "used" because Chino used them in all his previous fights winning some and losing some.
Floyd didnt let him wear the approved gloves by the commission (after the 1st pair were thrown out, the brand new out the box gloves delivered by the Everlast company themselves were also "not good enough" for Floyd even though he let Cotto wear them) and ALSO refused to let him wear the still in the box Cleto Reyes gloves that were delivered by that company, and boxers such as Manny Pacquiao/Amir Khan/Adrien Broner wear
Look at their KO records, look at their fights, it's obvious that Maidana is the much harder puncher of the 3 breh.
Chris Algieri, who is fighting Pacquiao in November JUST said yesterday that the hardest puncher and hardest punch he's ever taken was from Marcos Maidana.........in SPARRING at that. Helmets on and everything.
And he's saying that coming OFF a fight with Ruslan Provodnikov who's known to be a very hard hitter as well
His power is real breh.
