Are you trying to take pics with an iphone camera? I swear they set it up on purpose where it makes you look all flat and asymmetrical. I had to use a real Nikon type camera to take progress pics that matched what I saw in the mirror. Something fishy bout those phone cameras

Goal a solid 185. Can't afford to get really low again or risk losing work. Been recomping in the 190-192 range past couple months, though it wasn't my intention. Had other shyt to worry about so just cruised with it.

Needed some coli fitness accountability in my life :takedat:

Goal: Get down to 190…figure that should be a good weight for me (actually have no idea how much I should weigh at this current strength level)

Up a half pound from last week. Been eating by eying out portions, should probably start tracking macros, but it seems unnecessary while bulking :yeshrug:

If I were to go to a pool party today I would not feel great taking my shirt off :mjcry: even though truth be told Id look better than most. I'm a perfectionist and I spend too much time online.

Went to the movies Friday and killed a Large Popcorn (this was after my 258 weigh in), and sour patch kids. Had this saturday, and the other half today along with a pint of Talenti, and pine apples, lol hopefully I can break even at 258 again next set or under, because I know Im holding water

Was able to get a new PR on back day today, bent over bb row'd 185 for 8. Last week was a PR of 175 for 8 and the week before 170 for 6. :blessed:

Was able to get a new PR on back day today, bent over bb row'd 185 for 8. Last week was a PR of 175 for 8 and the week before 170 for 6. :blessed:

Yea I had a good workout, I fasted all day today and yesterday, so those were my only meals, but still was a ton of calories. I work out 2 a days, so like I said the goal is to at least be 1 lb down or break even from the bloat and stuff. I hit 515 on squats x 3 reps (I try to go parallel, I dont do the who ATG thing)
