I'm in. I've just recently gotten really serious about getting back into the gym. I have decent genetics in terms of retaining muscle and just being able to build on it. But there's been a lot of illness and death and shyt in my family. A lot of heart issues. My dad had a sit down with me a few months back right after my uncle died and told me I really gotta start taking better care of myself. A look in the mirror told me he was right. I'm not fat and have never been. But I def had gotten a little chubby. The muscle that I had looked soft cause i really hadn't worked out in years.
Well I've been juicing(kale and veggies) 8 oz twice a day for almost a month now. About 3 weeks ago I started actually working out again. I've never been big on cardio. But I'm embracing it now. Making it part of my everyday routine when I get up. Coffee. Cardio. Breakfast. Not only that though, but my diet is fukking on point and has been for a while now. I'm used to it.
But I've been doing really really well so far, and its crazy watching the progress. I'm gonna introduce supplements starting tomorrow. Just some whey, creatine, and animal pak. Nothing crazy, and I never really fukk with supplements heavy. I've always had success with the animal products though, so I decided it'd be good to give it another shot.
Anyways, I'm 6'0. As of last night I weigh in at 225. I want to get down to about 200-205. My goal...the big goal. Honestly? Sounds retarded. But I've never had a six pack. I was very close about 3 yrs ago. I was in great shape overall, but just wasn't completely toned. Slipped, fell out the gym.
But I NEED that. Sorry for the essay.
TL;DR: I'm in. 25 yrs old. 6'0 225 lbs as of today.
Don't underestimate my BF%I got lots of body fat so I'd see quicker results than most ya'll.

I started cutting in february and lost about 10 pounds. My last weigh in (about 2 weeks ago) I was at 216. Brother tryna get back to around 200. Then Get the bulk game going. Tryna look right for graduation! IM IN!!!

Go slow on the bulk trust me, I bulked for a yr and got . I'd say reverse diet instead of just upping your calories by 1000 abruptly.
My advice is cut down until you are super lean, then reverse diet until you get to an acceptable point and just maintain. IMO the whole bulking and cutting continuously forever is dumb unless you competeYeah, right now my percentage of bf is around 27. I want to reduce that by as much as possible. Not too worried about the weight right now. Just really focusing on bf %. But a good indicator of progress for me are girth measurements and weight.
