I havent squatted since I ruptured my ACL, I just deadlift now, plus my gym memberships expired and I only have a barbell, plates, dumbbells and ez curl bar at home, no squat rack.. Squats never really felt comfortable with my body mechanics anyway. Used to do the hacksquat which felt good on my knees. And fukk that ATG shyt unless you have real short legs and a long torsoYea I had a good workout, I fasted all day today and yesterday, so those were my only meals, but still was a ton of calories. I work out 2 a days, so like I said the goal is to at least be 1 lb down or break even from the bloat and stuff. I hit 515 on squats x 3 reps (I try to go parallel, I dont do the who ATG thing)
