word, Cheat Days are no good. Have a Cheat Meal and fit it into your calorie goal. I typically say either Fast and have a Cheat Meal that fits into the amount of Calories you are cutting at OR Have a day of eating at your Maintenance calorie level.

Bout to have some of those Snickers Peanut Butter squares.

If yall nikkas ever stall in your cut, help somebody move. My weight fell like 4lbs this weekend, and I didn't even do the moving myself. I was just running up and down the stairs to supervise. My legs are still burning. Weighed in yesterday AND this morning at 204.6 and Friday I weighed in at 208.

I swear when you are grown Life Events can throw you off, had a rough day at work (not bad but just a ton of work) skipped my 2nd cardio session went to chick film A and had a 6 count cookie (1980 calories) + a sandwich then got home and had left over ribs and brisket and chinese rice.
Had this the night before

and this weekend I went to a little festival with my girl and had these Cajun Poutine Fries and Garlic Truffle fries, my girl couldn't finish her fries so I killed em both :shaq:

The one thing I will say I work out so much (I probably burn like 3600-4000+ calories a day on avg) that I dont gain much weight, I just stay the same weight and hold some bloat, besides when I black out on food for an entire week or something.

I'm guessing I will be flat or just a bit up this week but it's no big deal. After a 7 pound drop it's to be expected.

@brother walt likely has us beat already
he deserves it though. I`m at a more mature level in my fitness journey, I lost 90lbs in 2012-2013, bulked for a yr and put on 40-45 lbs. I feel its easier to hit your goals when you are at a state where you truly aren't satisfied with how you look and want to make the initial lifestyle change (not talking about walt speaking in general). I`m at a point now where I go to the gym 10+ times a week, but eat what I want, so I`ll always be "above average" physique wise, but its easy to fall off on the diet stand point because its easier to say eff it when you already look decent compared to saying eff it when you are obese and can potentially face health issues.

I`m going back to the drawing boards, going to re tool my workouts and probably go back to meal prepping. I`m def here for all the brehs trying to achieve goals, but I`m probably going to bow out of the contest and continue to use this thread for tracking
