I swear when you are grown Life Events can throw you off, had a rough day at work (not bad but just a ton of work) skipped my 2nd cardio session went to chick film A and had a 6 count cookie (1980 calories) + a sandwich then got home and had left over ribs and brisket and chinese rice.
Had this the night before
and this weekend I went to a little festival with my girl and had these Cajun Poutine Fries and Garlic Truffle fries, my girl couldn't finish her fries so I killed em both
The one thing I will say I work out so much (I probably burn like 3600-4000+ calories a day on avg) that I dont gain much weight, I just stay the same weight and hold some bloat, besides when I black out on food for an entire week or something.
