i used to be into supps(fat burners, pre workouts, bcaa's) but right now i'm just focusing on a healthy diet and protein shakes post workout and as a snack after lunch. i'm challenging myself by working out with this dude at the gym who is a lot bigger and has more experience than me.

the thing with him is, he's juicing:merchant: this dude be throwing up crazy weight like its nothing. he's been trying to get me to try this supplement that bodybuilders use called "winny" that helps with fat burning.

Winny is Winstrol which is a steroid. Only fat burning sup that is legal and worth a damn is EC stack.

i'm going to have to research EC stack. most of the reviews i've seen of winstrol have been positive outside of the standard kidney pains.

Up 3.5 pounds overall. Dont think Ill make it to 188 but im at a steady .5 pounds a week, so minimal, if any, fat gains. still not doing any cardio

don't rush a bulk breh straight up, that ish is fun but it will be the worst mistake of your life lol. Outside of the purpose of this thread, how long you plan on bulking?

yea, i first started bulking 7 months ago i was at a steady rate of 3-4 pounds a week for a good 2 months, by month 3 i was up 27 pounds. then slowed it way down for the next 4 months, like a pound and a half a month. then when this thread was made ti gave me motivation to up the food intake again. so i been bulking 7 months and am gonna keep on till I have no abs left. I got a thin frame and a good metabolism tho so i dont know if id ever get fat, mind you ive done no cardio in close to a year; but when I have no upper abs and start looking soft, ill probably start cuttting. I think if i keep at this rate imma be good though for another few months

Yea if youre slim i say bulk SLOW for 1-2 yrs so when you cut finally you wont really have to keep soing the bulk and cut cycles over and over again.
