Down to 200/201 as of today coming from 212/215 around the middle of March.
Been eating nothjng but chicken breast, salad, spinach broccoli blueberries bananas apples 99% lean turkey and tuna. No dressing or cheese on salads. Just banana peppers and a spoon full of salsa.
Switched to steel cut Oatmeal. Drink my protein shakes with water in the morning. Still use 0% milk after work out tho.
2nd week doing hiit and plyo metrics with some weightlifting (squats deadlifts bench and shoulder press)and it's not kicking my ass nearly as much like when I started last year.
Strength still intact. As I can still rep 225 on bench. Squats getting better now that my hip bursitis is clearing up. Should be back to ripping 315 on squats after I get my cortisone shot.
