Dropped 5lbs in March. April I'm going to try and drop a couple more while kicking up cardio. Need to get a little more "cut". I'm pleased with how I am now but just trying to push myself.

Down to 200/201 as of today coming from 212/215 around the middle of March.

Been eating nothjng but chicken breast, salad, spinach broccoli blueberries bananas apples 99% lean turkey and tuna. No dressing or cheese on salads. Just banana peppers and a spoon full of salsa.

Switched to steel cut Oatmeal. Drink my protein shakes with water in the morning. Still use 0% milk after work out tho.

2nd week doing hiit and plyo metrics with some weightlifting (squats deadlifts bench and shoulder press)and it's not kicking my ass nearly as much like when I started last year.

Strength still intact. As I can still rep 225 on bench. Squats getting better now that my hip bursitis is clearing up. Should be back to ripping 315 on squats after I get my cortisone shot.

damn i got on this too late. just getting back in the gym after a 6 month layoff. 2 weeks ago i was at 230 and now i'm down to 222. my goal is to be between 195-200 by june.

what supplements are y'all taking?

last set of barbell rows got 205 for 6 today :whew:
2 weeks ago to the day. pulled 215 from the ground and row'd it for 6 today. shyt was hard on my fingers though and when I let it down they was on auto clench

tried to do upright rows again, first time in a few months and that shyt still hurts my shoulders. even lifting it below nipples still fukks with the delts :shaq2:

guess theyre just not for me. will try em again next week tho. they still fukk with the RC ill lay off

never too late, this is thread is really for motivation and to keep track of where you are. Really you dont need any supps, but if you are going to get some then a Multi and Fish oil are like insurance and Protein shakes help if you dont have time to eat a full meal or you need to hit a protein goal easier.

i used to be into supps(fat burners, pre workouts, bcaa's) but right now i'm just focusing on a healthy diet and protein shakes post workout and as a snack after lunch. i'm challenging myself by working out with this dude at the gym who is a lot bigger and has more experience than me.

the thing with him is, he's juicing:merchant: this dude be throwing up crazy weight like its nothing. he's been trying to get me to try this supplement that bodybuilders use called "winny" that helps with fat burning.
