Ragna wanting to be the leader because he is willing to kill off all dragons. According to Crimson, the order of things is to now invade Gehenna and once that is down the Great Crusade can start. The basis of Crimson's plans. Consider Crimson specifically mentioned Glestinowak clearly means he will be relevant soon. The most important is the Scaled Bloodline. As we get a focus later of their Progenitor Kou Tenran. The Eyed Bloodline and their leader Sigmalo is all that remains of it. We can clearly see a relationship between Scaled and Eyed bloodlines. Though Sigmalo is messed up. Viewing that anyone can become human, but the irony he doesn't have a heart.
Meanwhile, for Kou Tenran she seems really unstable. She harbors some love for Sigmalo. Though it is difficult to make out of it. The Roaring Bloodlines also seem to have an alliance with them. With their Monarch Bagram. But in terms of power to Kou and Sigmalo he is nothing, but a puppet. More than likely, he is who Ragna will face next. Of course, not much remains of the Bones Bloodline, but Glestinowak seems to be working under Sigmalo so he might be a part of the Eyed Bloodline. The fact these 4 bloodlines are working together makes this a bigger challenge then when they faced the Ultimata.
Meanwhile, on Ragna's side he will have the church find Leo. But he wants to reunite with the master that trained him. Li Ruoxi. The ironic part she is already part of the alliance of Saints. Of course, much like Shin, he doesn't want her to fight if she doesn't want to. But, of course, much like Shin, she intends to fight. Of course, Ragna being an idiot, says it in a way that insults Ruoxi. Slime makes it 100 times worse by making him out to be a Lolicon.
It's not all bad as Ragna enters a match with the Saint of Dragons. Whom is a Demi-Dragon similar to how in many fantasies we have Demi-Humans. Has characteristics of dragons, but lacking the power is a nice touch. Although no surprise, she is no match for Ragna. Though it further proves that he was able to beat Kaumi. For her, she wanted to prove she could finally match up to him. Overall, she is a good companion for Ragna going forward. Although the machine Saint that disciplined Slime is not one, you want to mess with.
Interesting touch out of Crimson to utilizing the remaining of the Argentum Corp to utilize his new Sword armor. Curious how this is used in the play of battle. Ragna, Saint of Prisons and Ruoxi seem to be used as bait to lure out the enemy. It is obvious it is a trap, but the good old we know it is a trap, so let's let them think we are unaware. Curious how it plays out, especially considering they are putting their strongest Saint in Ragna. Of course, they might be still testing him. Honestly, the way Ruoxi and the Saint of Prisons describe silverline's origin is really interesting. Something that looks like Silver making actually silver useless is funny. Though it is said Silverline comes from the Silver Comet, which is given by "The Lord" to defeat the dragons. Interesting tale.
For much of Ragna's talk, it is nice to see Ruoxi in action. She's really proving herself to be worth the praise Ragna mentions of her. Her being a prodigy and the last hero of humanity seems about right. As the Saint of Prisons recovers the Silver Comet, the trap is even bigger than they imagined. Considering the alliance outlined earlier, Ragna and Ruoxi could be in big trouble.
