I'm reading it. Not sure how I feel about it really, it's just alright. I liked S1 & S2 a bunch.Anyone reading the Hardcore Leveling Warrior sequel? I think the original series was a straight up Webtoons classic. But I've never checked for a sequel. Solo Leveling: Ragnarok and Hardcore Leveling Warrior are the first two sequels I'm ready to dive in on.
I was a bit worried they'd have trouble capturing the magic again. S1 was the best to me, and S2 was good but went a little overboard. So another sequel felt like it might spiral. I'm definitely gonna give it a read.I'm reading it. Not sure how I feel about it really, it's just alright. I liked S1 & S2 a bunch.
Didn't know Solo leveling got a sequel
Ironically the effort to "capture the magic again" is the biggest failing of the story right now. It's gotten more convoluted but the fights are still good. It's kinda just lost it's charm tbhI was a bit worried they'd have trouble capturing the magic again. S1 was the best to me, and S2 was good but went a little overboard. My understanding of Solo Leveling is that the sequel is all done in Web Novel form, but the Manwha adaptation is only just starting now. I'm definitely curious to see how it goes.

It's called Hardcore Leveling Warrior: Earth Game. It began not too long ago, so there are only around 30 chapters out so far.A sequel? What's it called? I loved HCLW
That fight with Jabber is the point where I really got optimistic about how good this manga can be. The concept was always dope, but the villain, the fight, and Rudo's power being explained really took this up a notch. Agreed on the paneling also. The artwork is unique as hell imo.The paneling in this series is really impressive
The start of this volume was the fight between Rudo with the Raider. We got a really nice flashback between Regto and Rudo. His parents gave up on him, so it is not surprising the mental state he was in. But him reacting to things being thrown out which still have purpose really resonates with his powers as a giver. As Gris goes down, he is able to give his lucky charm life. Much like Gris wanted everyone to come back home, this charm would protect everyone.
Honestly, this seems like an OP mechanic in the sense if you can't be touched it would make it a one-sided fight. In which turn Jabber had a clever trick using his poison. He basically made himself unconscious so that the Lucky Charm wouldn't recognize his threat. Makes sense if your mind is numb, you can't immediately tell whether the intent to kill is there or not.
In comes Zanka, who was taken down by Jabber. Where it is revealed those claws of his can really fukk you up. As Zanka is in a terrible state. However, a great defense can make a great offense. As Zanka's Assistaff has a longer reacher than Jabber's claws, which allows the charm to defend against Zanka, which will cause him to hit Jabber. This strategy goes well, of course, except that his left claw is a pain tolerance of sorts. Which makes for an annoying trick.
Though Jabber tries to make his leave with Rudo, but the other cleaners are here. There is mention of the Raider's boss and some relation to Rudo is interesting. Is he connected to the guy who killed Regto? Also, the fists that Rudo was wearing caught Jabber's eyes. For now, Rudo meets the boss of the Cleaners and Gris is alive. So Cleaners skills can even be used for healing given the introduction of Eisha Stilza.
The boss gives a big information dump that is interesting. The border is a place that resides between the Sphere and where Rudo is currently. It is clear there is a way to the Sphere, but traveling between these two is impossible. Interesting that there is a woman who has seen people come and go. This is the first lead for Rudo and a good one.
