Yoooo what shopping delivery app do yall recommend? I tried InstaCart yesterday for the first time and didn't see the value until now but it's and absolute gamer changer if you WFH

man, that's pure laziness. why would u pay extra to have shyt delivered when u have ample time to go to the store yourself? I don't mind going shopping and running errands during the day cuz it breaks up the monotony.

Tbh I think I would be more upset if they changed the time off policy vs hybrid schedule. I’ve clocked 355 hours of time off so far this year (it’s unlimited)…. That amounts to 2.5 months off not including holidays…. That means I’ve only really worked 6/9 months so far this year

I don't have unlimited PTO, but I noticed, when u do get unlimited PTO, you are no longer allowed to sell it or get paid out for it if u leave. since covid hit, my job has allowed unlimited PTO accrual and carryover, and my cap is supposed to be like 230 hours, but I'm sitting at 280 hours as I type this. I burn a week around the christmas holidays and then sell another 80 hours in the spring. and even after that, I'm still gonna be over the max. I have to get under the max by january 2025, but I'll worry about it then. if I am still sitting on excess, I'll take a really long vacation next december during the holidays again.

Sold it to make an app at my old job, then it got some notoriety. Then the job told me they made an identical app with major tech companies. Then they laid me off Took a year to finally get a job in IT. Been thuggin it out until I get my hands on some real money.

If it's any consolation I was working 15 hr days all last week even into the weekend. I didn't have any days off. I was behind on this project and I had to have it done by Monday. I pulled an all nighter one night
















But now all of that is behind me.

No breh. I did this in my off time and it got notoriety. They didn't have an app and weren't even thinking of an app until they saw mine. I did mine dolo, they had to call in some of the heaviest hitters in tech. Everybody gets got one way or another
