Update: Now it's 3 days in office and 7 days telework per pay period. This really sucks. In addition we're going to be sharing cubicles now.The proposal is work 1 day in the office, 4 days at home. Suppose to start after labor day so September 10th.
I'm cool with that but the thing is I still want to leave the organization. I got passed over for a promotion before and during the pandemic...three times.
I really don't want to look at these people, even one day a week. Put in for some jobs and one emailed me. Waiting to hear back to schedule an interview. I hope it's over the phone or at least through zoom or teams.
I told my supervisor there was a shooting in my building . Look at the news. They gave me a comp day.this shyt happened to me and I emailed my manager from my work phone that the power went out in my building.
Another time I fell asleep and missed a Skype meeting and I told my manager that someone pulled the fire alarm in my building so I had step outside for a while
This WFH life is great
