Aside from the combat/fight scenes this movie is average as hell.

There is a lot of lies and bullshyt going on in this thread.
And then weird shyt like people complaining about shyt in other places that they themselves did in here and in their own “safe zones”
With that said, what are we trying to accomplish in here? Was this a good movie? Yes?
Matter fact I personally liked it myself a lot. Zod was a pretty good villain.... but why does he have to be used as a tool to discredit others? That’s weird, this ain’t no “Highlander shyt” where there can only be one. Other villains in other places were great too and equally don’t take away from Zod.

In all fairness though, you do know that not all the ones that “didn’t like it and can’t accept” ain’t just from one particular fan base right?
Just want to make sure we are being clear and not incorrectly and inaccurately generalizing.
I do agree there is a base that can’t accept the fact that people liked this film. But there is equally a base of people that can’t accept the fact that didn’t like it.... and both are equivalent.
I liked it as I’ve stated when the film dropped and was deeply on the side of the people that defended it.... like that Sup killing shyt as I used to point out.... Sup killed him in 1980 too.
But it just comes a point where we the fans of this movie just gotta take it in stride and keep it moving.

The fight was in the place. How come Christopher Reeve can both fight Zod and save people and Henry Cavill can't?
Oh I can accept it. It's the crowd that dislikes it that has a huge problem when the thread pops up on the first page. I don't go into any other comic book film thread nitpicking, but as soon as man of steel is brought up?

I personally find it mind boggling with all the comic films being released that we don't get a sequel to the best superman movie ever made. shyt is crazy IMO so I decided to post. Simple as that

As a stand alone film it's forgettable mediocrity.
As a follow up to mos and bvs its a spit in the face. Whedon turned the most menacing batman ever put on screen into a punchline. And turned superman into a corny boy scout.
It was cool, I liked it, felt like it dragged a lot in the middle and the best fight was in the 2nd act with Foara. Seemed like when it came out folks hated the krypton stuff but I thought it was great.
