Dude in Black had a criminal history and was so fresh out he still lived in the half way house. He had be yelling at other people before he cornered this dude. All that was in the article.

Now maybe you would wait around to see if he would have killed the person you were with but she thought his life was endanger and did what she had to do. I see it as self-defense or whatever the proper term is for defending others. Hopefully the DA does too

And many people have died in fist fights, one punch knocked out and they hit their ground on floor dead.. sorry she didn't want to see if that would happen but he put them in that predicament and he didn't have the ability to choose how they react to his benefit or pleasing..

Why people would want to live in this city if they're not making 500K+ is beyond me. Agreed. There's so many other places to live that are still nice urban cities where you're not packed in like sardines and you can survive without being a millionaire. NYC isn't worth it anymore.

I get all of that. I said he wasn’t a saint. I’m just not of the opinion that she saved dude’s life by stabbing him during a fist fight. I’m not even saying she’s wrong for reacting the way she did. But nothing was life threatening until she started stabbing him.

Been taking the train all my life in NYC... So I'm kind of desensitized by these acts (old me would have stayed in my seat to see the outcome).... But now that I got sons I'm shook to even take them on the subway these days... I want them to have that tough nyc bravado but I find myself driving them where ever they need to go.... I doubt the violence is that much worse than it was in the 80's/90's but still....

A lot of those older trains have the interior handle on the subway cars ripped off or not working..so you can’t always transfer from car to car

I literally check those doors every time I get on a train to see all possible exits if fukk shyt arises
