The hoe ass DA that y'all got might try to file charges. He did the same thing to papi that knifed up a nikka that jumped over his counter and was assaulting him.
I don't live in NYC sir. There is no ya'll here.

Hopefully they don't. Dude was unhinged and out on parole. He could have killed that man right there on the subway and no one would have done a thing. She probably saved his life.

Benefit of salary, tbh.
I'll deadass switch trains if someone is starting shyt.
I'm in my 30s, breh. I'm not fighting or getting into arguments on the train anymore. Some dudes get on the train to instigate and start shyt. The other day had some guy cursing everyone out because they "didn't have manners" and say "hi back". Like bro, it's 6:30PM, people just want to get the fukk home.

Just do your dance routine and go to the next cart, nikka. Damn!

he pulled a DMX. he wasn't.
They made him stop, drop, shut him down and open up shop. :troll:
Why people would want to live in this city if they're not making 500K+ is beyond me. You gotta deal with overcrowding, insanely expensive, lots of mentally ill people, people with NY temper and even worse accents, rats bigger than cats, toxic people all over the place and it attracts a lot of toxic people from all over the country/world. If you're making $$, you can avoid a lot of this but if you're a middle class person and lower, the place is a shyt hole.
Facts. Lived in Flatbush for a few years for work. NYC is cool to visit but hell no to living there. Maybe it was somewhat better in the 90s/Early 00s but from the period I worked there (over ten years ago) I see why them nikkas are always angry. :mjlol:

No hate for my NY brehs/brehettes. Maybe if I grew up there I’d feel differently but I’m not built for cold weather and constant fukkery.

She needs to be charged. Aiding or not.. she escalated the situation by using a weapon unfortunately for the man with the gun he walked up to them instead of just letting off on both of them and slumping them in that subway loveseat.

Y'all aint serious

The breh was pretending to be a cop and making statements such "fukk you, fukk your kind and fukk you race" and "if you move I'll beat you up"

The situation was ALREADY escalated and HOT.

You must be raging and ranting about Bragg, who is the only 1 of 5 DAs in the city that outsiders know.
This didn't happen in his area.

I'm not a New Yorker so please explain this to me.

Wtf is there to fight about in the 15-40 minutes you're on the train for?
A lot of mentally unstable, angry people that are wound up tight looking for any perceived slight.

I tend to use the subway as a means of last resort but if I see any fukkery about to pop off or some crazy looking guy, I switch cars

Theres nothing inherently dangerous about the subway. In all likelihood, nothing will ever happen to you but I don’t enjoy being packed with random people. Everything about it annoys me - even the performers :pachaha:

Plenty. Riding the subway for more than 30 min can be stressful/annoying.

My commute from an outer borough with absolutely no delays train stop : train stop was 1 hour. Then there's always delays. Thank goodness for WFH.

I have to go into the city today, and this whole thing is a nuisance.

Take this from someone from a place with absurdly shytty public transportation. I'd LOVE to have the option to just walk onto a subway and slide across the entire city as much as I want for $130 a month.

As opposed to $150/month in gas, $200/month in insurance, $200+ yearly for plate renewal, $250 a quarter for maintenance, and still have to deal with traffic and a$$hole drivers that have a much higher chance of seriously injuring people than a fight on the subway. This isn't even counting a car note.

$1,300/year for convenience with some "nuisances" vs. $4,700/year and a higher chance of serious injury.

I have no sympathy for New Yorkers on this.

Nobody has conflict resolution skills anymore, short tempers, mix that in with mental illness/egos and stuff like the above happens.

Before you engage in a argument or fight, you have to ask yourself is it worth it, and what would be the outcomes. Nobody thinks anymore sadly, and let their emotions get to them.

I honestly don't even feel bad for bro, because why are you bringing a gun on public transportation? Is that not a federal offense?

That's what I'm trying to get at I suppose. If you haven't harmed my loved ones or physically attacked me...I don't really have the time or energy to be fukking around with randos on the train. Guess I'm just old.

Not old just matured enough to realize not every fight is worth it. There is certain characters on the trains in NYC looking for fights. One example being the guy who comes on the train with a speaker blasting his music loudly waiting on someone to tell him can he lower it.

A Villa Straylight.
Looks like the smaller dude got hold of the bigger dudes gun and smoked him. At least according to reports:

During the physical altercation, the gun taken from the 36-year-old by the 32-year-old, who then fired shots, striking the 36-year-old aggressor in the head.

Dude was the aggressor and got packed out with his own gun that’s crazyyyy
It says he approached the 36 year old then the 36 year old became hostile. What do they mean approach? Did he start beefing with him? Did he say something to him?
