Went to see Nosferatu and as always was reminded of how ass the whole experience is, will probably go to Superman and F4 because of the spoilers but thats it, I usually just go to shyt that might get spoiled, the home experience is infinitive times better.

I'd say I go to the movies about 2 times per week, sometimes more sometimes less, last movie I saw was Flow. I have some kind of subscription thing where I pay around 20 euros and can go as often as I want in various theaters in the city center. Tbh I don't even go as often as I want lol, what with the cold and laziness.

I don't really care about the "experience", as long as the screen is wide, sound is ok and people aren't loud (obviously the crowd changes depending on the movie) I'm good. So no, nothing has changed for me in years.

-Went to see Babygirl. Wasn't worth the theater prices & I would've got some p*ssy if we'd watched it at home.
-Other than that it was Deadpool & wolverine. It was a fun time but it wasn't something that I couldn't have waited for until it came out on streaming.

See, you're taking your kids for the experience. Some of these cats are proud carriers of their basement dweller badges.
-So what exactly makes someone a basement dweller or antisocial for not caring about the theater experience?

Maybe people go outside for things over than movie theaters you brainless meat sack.

:mjlol:
Yup I can definitely relate. Deadpool cost like $70 at the end of the day and that's not counting going out to eat afterwords..I pay for 4-5 streaming services and I have other hobbies and interest as well. It's hard to justify regularly going to the theater when I can watch the movie in the comfort of my living room.

However, me and my girl will go to the drive-in from time to time in the spring/summer. You get to see 2-movies for $30-40 only downside is your in the car or sitting outside for 4-5 hours...

There's been like 20 movies released each of the last three years better than Top Gun
