120K is more than enough to live comfortable and grow wealth

First off, don't let the your employer take taxes out of your check, pay your own taxes

have your job pay not you, but your LLC, just make an LLC, what your name is LLC, that' where your pay check goes

you work for your LLC and your job is paying your LLC for your time, so now you personal don't make any money, your LLC does

So know you can write off your mortgage, the money you spend on gas, lunch, etc

You shouldn't have a mortgage either, find a someone to seller finance you a house, or get a land contract, if you have a good job like that it won't be hard to find someone would do that for you

be a real nikka like me would just buy a trailer for 5 racks and save up enough to cash out a lot in an area I want to live, and just then just build a house for 20,000 that' worth 200,000 upon completion

now say thank you, you enslaved ass muthafukkaz
eh i was with you until buying the trailer part breh... this all sounds nice but maybe you live in the south or somewhere rural... you aint spitting game on the cities and hustling where the big boys play no homo... Personally I'm after millions...

making $27k a year while uppermanagement making $100k and up walking around like :birdman::pacspit:...more money does not mean happiness brehs.
It's not the money its the expectations. Mail room cats happy because they don't want more. I used to see this all of the time when I was working low level jobs before I had to change my own mindset.

Cuz no real bills, nikka find a chick who got no bread and chill will her or a single mom who got a section 8 spot and watch her kids for her. No rent, no car note just take the little money and be on that street shyt and find a street broad they don't sweat money Cuz they beg and borrow they don't need it but the girls look down at them though but no bills, alimony or real expenses.

Great thread. Excellent discourse. :ehh:

It's real out here....One-third of Americans say they’d have trouble coming up with an emergency $2,000

Don't get married. Problem solved. You're an a$$hole to get married in a trap in a Republican America.

Here is the thing. If you can marry a thorough chick that vibes with you on all the needed levels: sex, companionship, sex, financial acumen, and planning.....then both of yall maing 80K each looks enticing in an expensive city.

Your wife's cdn so you know the market up here is :to: for us.

Homeownership is a dead dream, average home is over a million dollars and you need 20 percent down :to:

They must have extremely strict planning and zoning regulations in Ontario, cause it's flat wide open land. The Bay Area is boxed in by mountains and water, which explains their tight regulations, and hence higher home prices.....not to mention the high demand with IT industry.

But there is no explanation for a million dollars for basic homes in Ontario outside of strict planning and zoning.?????

I got a friend who got divorced at 39 with 5 kids making 130k a year north of Boston. The Alimony/child support was so high, he literally took a job for less money (still $70-90k a year) and moved into a rental apartment with only 2 bedrooms for his kids to share when they stayed with him. Within 2 years, 2 of the kids were old enough to be off at College and one was about to be graduating high school, so his child support dropped.....to $2k a month, and she can take him back to court any time he makes more money to ask for more support.

Dude literally makes less money on purpose right now, and never has any any doh, drives a old paid off sedan and watches his pennies for eating out/drinking.

Getting divorced is one of the best ways to ruin your financial earning power.

Quoting this for the next chick who tells me "If it's just a ring and paperwork, why can't I have it?"

I think this thread also shows which part of the country brehs live in...

Where I'm currently at, $120,000 will take you far. The only trade off? The lack of social activities, night life, and upward mobility.

My old stomping grounds $120,000 would be considered entry level middle-class due to the cost of living. However, the social activities, night life, upward mobility, etc; would be considered a well worth it investment regardless of costs...

People don't want to live in the boonies and suburbs anymore and are willing to dish out extra costs and taxes for the experience, atmosphere...

Some of these inflated incomes:laff:
I make good and I work in miami. Do I live on the fukking beach? No, I live in Ft. Lauderdale where rent is fukking affordable. 120k is more than enough to live comfortably. The fukk are yall paying for downtown lofts at 4k a month for? Most of those young cacs who do that sre getting subsidized by mommy and daddy. Get your ass a nice joint right out of tge city and save ur money. Nikkas be trying to live like Kanye when they're fukking employees :dead:

People say $120k a year isn't a lot.
In theory, if you live in a high-COL city or area it may not be as it seems on paper, but in reality, its quite a bit of disposable income if you're not an idiot.
That being said, most people are idiots.
