I see what you are saying, but it's not up to the exes. It's up to the divorce judge to make the ruling. For example, I had 2 children with my ex. When we divorced part of the judges order what that I was able to claim my daughter as a dependent on my taxes, he was allowed to claim my son until he turned 18. That was part of the court order.

judges usually dont do that unless you are splitting time 50/50. the kid stays with one parent 3-4 days a week, then the other. you have two kids so that just makes it easy to keep you two from bickering over it.

the point is it shouldnt be that hard for people to see why the guy is living paycheck to paycheck

To an extent he ain't wrong bruh, making anything less than 70K these days and you're living check to check, working 2-3 jobs and renting an 80 sq ft room in the slums in SF if you're paying the current market rate :francis:

120K will allow you to work 1 job and not check to check IF you live well below your means. Studios in frisco go for $3500+ and once you pile car insurance, parking fees, student debt, etc. on top of that you're easily spending 5K+ a month on bills not including food. That income is about 7K a month after taxes (9.6K before)... if you're frugal you might save 1000 of that a month which is great until you have some unforeseen health/robbery/disaster bullshyt come up that eats up your savings.

The obvious choice is living outside of Frisco which is having the adverse effect of raising the rents everywhere else :francis:
Here's a thought.. Don't live in SF:martin:

Born and raised out here (Oakland) and am not in a position to move yet :yeshrug:I went to school in Frisco for a year and lived there after with some of my people for two years and live in Daly City now, for the line of work I'm in it's cool being here but definitely intend to move once I get a job lined up somewhere else (preferably down south).

I feel you but you made that previous post like its the standard all across the US which is not the case. SF is neck and neck with NY for high rents and mortgages

Naw it's the other way around, dude I quoted made a post that implied 120K is 120K everywhere which is why I was talking about SF.

Just this morning at work I’m in the breakfast line a couple people behind my boss, he gets up to the cash register and his card declines for some links, eggs and a juice…I’m standing there like da fuk:skip:..he told the lunch lady to try again and she did, shyt declined again :mindblown:..the lady behind him hands him some cash, not sure how much she gave him but he pays and then he walks off with this embarrassed look..about a half hour later I went to his office to chop it up and I asked him what was wrong wit the lunch ladys card reader and he just flat out said “Nothing..that was all me, 2 ex-wives and a mortgage leaves the tank empty:francis:”…I changed the subject after that but it got me thinking..damn yo..we gotta learn how to manage our money better than this, that’s unacceptable..stop living above your means brehs..whats the point in having a 5 bedroom house if you cant buy hot links and eggs, brehs.

breh is a grade 15 step 1
$124k and broke :snoop: 2 ex wives at 35 years of age:mindblown:

Damn breh a grade 15 step 1 at 35 years old?

The house
I'm married bro. So all that just typed was foolishness :yeshrug:

You totally missed the point about living righteously.
Reading comprehension must not be your strength :manny:

You really said nothing at all about a living righteous life, but like I said do you. You also completely missed what I was saying initially when you responded to my post. Again that's on you. Congrats on your marriage and I hope you and your wife have a great life together.

making $27k a year while uppermanagement making $100k and up walking around like :birdman::pacspit:...more money does not mean happiness brehs.

Its not the money...its the PEOPLE:ohhh:

money just brings out who you are more, my uncle been working for FedEx corporate for over 15+ years.... Been pushing 6 figure salary for all that time, he's a happy man with a solid family. He didn't let the money change him, he used it to give his family a better life and kept it simple. :mjcry:

If you see some one with a lot of money and they can't handle life its because they weren't shyt to begin with :sas2:
