Why does this series have a white woman and not a black woman. This series should explain how Tina turner character had an outpost and her origin. Why are we following around furious or whatever again.
She is not a mad max character at all.
This shyt is all estrogen and makes no sense to the franchise.
Like this shyt is in Australia and a black woman showed up in the series running shyt. Where and why the fukk are we transported.

Aunty would have been the perfect character to focus on. Wouldn’t even have to be some prequel BS, it could have been a legit sequel. But they wanted to make a rebrand I bet.
The OGs are one of my favorite franchises. Fury Road was Mad Max in name only. They skewered the canon because they wanted to make a feminist movie and the director admits it. Go back and imagine Fury Road without Mad Max in it at all. They legit slapped his name on another post apocalyptic script and threw him into scenes to reuse the brand.
But like a lot of these hIjacked franchises theyre afraid to go too far. Thats why the new one still has Mad Max in the title. Nobody’s going to see a Furiosa movie that’s why they ditched Theron too.
