. Acho doesn't move the needle like that and it's not against the rules for having relations with your co-worker as long your employer knows. Him smashing Joy is not a fire able offense but since now everyone knows how he got put on, it not good for the image for the network that one of their stars got their spot by sleeping with another star.

Nah, Acho may be good. Only thing acho is accused of is possibly politicking for Joy to get on Speak. But aint nothing really wrong in trying to get a friend a job. Aint like Acho had final sayso on it. That was on the Charlie dude.
Besides Fox probably views Acho as "one of the good ones".
He may get fired on some "scorched earth" shyt tho and Fox getting rid of everyone mentioned.
Sleeping with co-workers/employees is always frowned upon in the workforce- add in she and he were married, that's not a good look from a public perception standpoint...and don't forget, the lawsuit is from another employee who claims because of Joy's relationship with Charlie, she used her powers over that employee(hair dresser).

Oh yea, I forgot about the Marcellus angle in all of this. He said lawyers been hitting him up, saying he has a case because of how he lost his job to Joy because of Acho/Charlie.

The lawsuit is from another employee(hair dresser), which is basically saying because of the relationship with Joy and Charlie, Joy used that against her. Same as with Acho, he's the lead on Speak and went to bat for Joy. It can be connected to their sexual relationship as why she was chosen over others( ex. Marcellus, etc.)

Doubt it, especially with her planning to me too the dude she willingly sleep with for power, if he ever planned to get rid of her. No network will pick up that potential headache.
Joy national media aspirations are done. She may be able to land a local network gig in a major city. Do some podcasting on the side but no big time media company is going to touch her.
