But we can’t ignore reality. 1.2 million babies are born to Black women that don’t have a Black father. and I’m not talking in wedlock births.

Man you rarely hear a woman speak common sense on this issue unless she’s roasting a particular Black woman.

I’m speaking matter-of-factly about this the best way I can without shytting on our men or our women.


A lot of women speak badly about men/“the patriarchy” because they aren’t in families that have created a patriarchy that benefits and protects them. When you know what it feels like, you don’t put yourself in bad situations with men.
A lot of women make bad decisions because they haven’t experienced unconditional love and protection from a paternal figure. The difference between feeling safe and secure vs a rush of excitement and constant lust.

I literally had dinner with one of my uncles over the weekend and his parting words were a reminder to marry someone rich and to remember the type of family/upbringing I have.
But a lot of brehs don’t like hearing that because they think it makes you a “gold digger”. Nah, it means I have a family that expects me to behave a certain way as a wife and mother, and they want me to be with someone who can provide a great life while I am doing what I’m supposed to do. And if I can’t lock that type of dude down after their rearing, then that’s on me and I shouldn’t bother. Which means no little Black children born in “struggle”. Some men don’t like hearing things like this, but that attitude helps prevent women from making decisions based solely on hope and feelings.

And again, I have to hold up my end of the bargain to qualify for that type of man. You have a warm, organized home and get some attractive children who act like they have some damn sense as they rise through the world, and I don’t have to struggle while doing it. That’s a patriarchy. Everyone has their role.

Most Black people seem to really hate their fathers

My pops is dead but growing up I didn’t really rock with him. Dude didn’t work, was always angry, was in the streets and generally a distant father. I understand him more now that I’m older, and the lessons he taught me were way more valuable than the candy canes and lollipops outlook that the women in my family gave me.


My father’s outlook on life was basically, life is tough, this world ain’t fair, the only thing this country respects is money, power and violence. Women are selfish and Never trust a white person.

Like bothsides said, most cultures know men are the backbone of their race and they act accordingly by investing in building strong foundations for their boys and they honor their fathers. Black culture is nothing but praise momma and hate daddy and men in general. Kill a black man if he disrespects you, fukk a man’s girl, etc. Everything is about not valuing BM and uplifting BW. All by design and part of dehumanizing and devaluing BM by the dominant society and their pets

I think initially we lied to them to build them up and make them feel better. Tell them they're all beautiful regardless of size, weight, age or face. Tell them no matter if they're prostitutes and smoke crack, they're still Queens. Telling them regardless of what decisions they make, they deserve the world.

You tell anyone this many lies, they begin to fell infallible and you unable to reel them back into reality. We're at the point now that our women can't take any criticism or critique that's not positive. They deem any nonpraise as bashing and women hate. They rejoice when Kevin Samuel passed bcuz he was giving harsh truth.

They also expect Black men to support and defend all they're actions and demands whether right or wrong. It's almost like a Mother, fatherless son relationship. Black Women thru Black Men under the bus for Kamala Harris.


Personally I think we're to far gone to fix, but we definitely need to stop lying to them so much.
