This is why she is not smart. When she signed the prenup they both agreed for Kevin Costner to pay her $1.5M if neither parties contest the prenup agreement if they get divorce. If she contest then Costner doesn't have to pay her $1.5M. Costner paid her the $1.5M but since she contest she might have to pay him that money back. Since she might had cheated and tried to be greedy then he probably will be going after that $1.5M. Also, since the oldest child is 16 Kevin Costner might try to go back to court and get the child support payment reduced once his oldest turn 18 in 2 years. She played her hand wrong and in 2 years when her child support get reduce about 20% after the 16 year old age out she is going to regret it. Especially if Costner goes after the $1.5M

She should have known from the jump that the prenup wasn't likely to get thrown out and just went to court for the increased child support as any judge could have seen what she was trying to do.
