it crazy how legally the logic for high ass payments is as simple as "well she's used to luxury"

White people entitlement so strong it literally part of law now.
There are tons of divorce laws and standards that were created from a time where women actually couldn't work, and lots of lawyers lobby to keep those laws and standards in place.

Even $63,000 a month is ridiculous when 2 kids are 16 and 14 years old and hell the other kid is 13…

Non of them kids are using $21,000 a piece a month on what!!!
Depends what school they're attending. But the fact that wasn't used for justification by her means that's not an issue and he's probably already paying their tuition.

If Kevin can prove she cheated then does that help him in California court?
He's already being helped by the fact that he has a prenup in place along with shady instances of her moving around assets in preparation for the divorce. Her cheating is icing on the cake to tie it all together.

The judge has alluded in multiple instances in keeping the prenup intact, so at this point the only people are benefitting from the matter are their lawyers.

Yup. Plus he bought that ranch before marriage so that's his. May have to give up something he bought after marrying her, or perhaps get a deal where he purchases a house for her+the kids.

Lot of these older celebs didn't get prenups so I'm impressed by Costner here. He would be fine regardless since he's filthy rich but imagine less successful actors from that era getting fukked up due to no prenup. Not to mention the athletes out here who have money but aren't preparing for retirement, when those NBA/NFL/etc checks aren't coming in.

And you can easily tell that her group of lawyers are inept and just using her for the money because common sense and optics would tell you that it's not a good idea to go to court for increased child support at the same time you're trying to get the prenup thrown out.

With how much money their spending in the divorce, I'm sure she probably could have gotten a bit more out of deal eventhough his team would more than likely tell him not to do it.

sounds like she needs to pay his legal fees as well since she's BS'ing with him in court when he's already paying.
