I'm kinda confused though. I've heard it's 3 parts but the trailer for the next episode says "Luther concludes". So is the next episode 2 hours?

Even reading Wikipedia it's confusing:

On 19 November 2014, it was announced that a two episode special will be aired on the BBC in autumn 2015. Filming began in March 2015[18] and ended April 2015. BBC Home Entertainment later confirmed that the Region 1 version of the Series 4 DVD would be released on 15 December 2015, meaning it is likely that the series will air on television before then. On 24 October 2015, BBC One confirmed via their Facebook page that series 4 of Luther would air in December 2015 on BBC One.

The first episode of the fourth season will air on BBC One on 15 December 2015.

A three-hour special event will air on BBC America on 17 December 2015.

So....it says a two episode special will air in fall 2015...that's what this is....then it says the first ep will air today....ok, cool....then it says a 3 hour special event will air in 2 days.
